Magic Tree House: Pirates Past Noon


We are excited about our new school play. There will be many opportunities for you to participate - being in the cast, helping behind the scenes and more, we hope lots of 2nd-6th grade boys and girls will come audition!

Please note these dates: Pay close attention - you are required to be at rehearsals even if you are off track.  Let me say it again...you are required to be at rehearsals even if you are off track.

Feb. 5, 2018  Audition Sign-up at 8:00 p.m. You will sign up here on the blog. There will be a new blog post titled: Audition Sign-Ups Register Here. Open the post and fill out the form. Audition spots are limited and fill up fast. If you don't get a spot, please check back to see if we open a waitlist.

Feb. 23, 2018 Audition & Callbacks 1:45 -8:00 p.m. at the school. Your audition time will be determined by the role you wish to audition for. You will only receive an audition time if you sign up on Feb. 5.

***You will receive an email with your audition time by Friday, Feb. 16.  Please follow the instructions to secure your audition time*** If you do not your spot will be given to someone on the waitlist.

Feb. 24, 2018 Final Cast List Posted - check back here for the list.

Feb. 26, 2018 Mandatory Parent Meeting at school 3:30 p.m. A parent or guardian, plus cast members must be present and fee must be paid. Please make checks out to Sand Springs Elementary PTA.
You must be at every rehearsal to be in the cast NO exceptions! 

Even if you are off track you are required to be there.

All rehearsals will be from 1:30 -3:30 p.m. in the Gym.

 March 2, 9, 16, 23, 30

 April 13, 20, 27, 30

 Performances: May 4 & 7

Please check back on January 8, 2018 at 7:00 a.m. for all the details. Everything from audition requirements, music, and how to register will be available for you to review.

Parents make sure you read ALL pages carefully. Please confirm your schedule is clear for all rehearsals, your child meets the grade-level requirement, and you are able to serve on one of the committees.

Here is the entire sound track for Pirates Past Noon. Please have your child begin practicing these songs. Remember they will only sing a short snippet for the audition, unless they get a call back.
